Our next cohort launches on January 1st! Feeling empowered, happy, and healthy is easy with the right tools. Once you have set yourself up for success, the rest falls into place and you can't help feeling like an absolute bad ass. Let's take on the challenge together.
This isn't your average 8-week program. This program is designed to empower you to take control over your wellness and feel unstoppable. During our 8 weeks together, you will feel your mind and body transform as you step into your most empowered self.
23 pre-recorded workouts with a focus on resistance training. These sessions are designed to lay the foundations and create an accessible and sustainable movement program that you can look forward to. The equipment you will need is dumbbells, a resistance band, and a bench (or couch or chair).
Weekly educational videos that will dig into the foundations of nutrition and mindset. These concepts can feel overwhelming with the amount of information that is circulating online! We break it down and dig into what really matters and what will generate sustainable results.
Additional mindset support including: weekly meditations, a fillable journal with daily prompts and mantras, weekly check-ins, and powerful playlists for every mood.
During our first week together we will have a one-on-one check-in so that we can cater our support and check-ins to you and your goals! During our final week together we will have a group session where we cover the past 8-weeks and make a plan for your next 8-weeks.
